The question since you can well imagine is extremely difficult. You’ll find so many different ways to treat anxiety.

There is a medication way, which for some people is the proper way. Especially, for anyone who’s anxiety has brought over yourself. The reason why I say this, is. That I’ve been in that space where my body is on such alert i was constantly having panic attacks, and I mean constantly.

I might have one anxiety attack after another night and day. It doesn’t matter what Used to do I really could not stop myself from considering my anxiety, which of course just fuelled it.

So in that type of instance I might defiantly recommend medication, just so you can have a break and regain some control. Because when i was in that sort of anxious state, you are unable to think logically, so it might be hopeless to achieve control of your ideas.
